Author: PoetessLaureate

I am a writer, counselor, and student of human behavior with a particular fascination for the unseen forces that organize our lives. My work combines psychology, field theory, complexity theory, attachment, and personal reflection to explore how people become who they are, how they change, and how they become entangled in one another’s stories. Psychological Cartography is my ongoing effort to map the terrain of the mind and the relational fields we inhabit. Through essays, poetry, and original concepts, I explore topics such as emotional contagion, projective identification, identity formation, social influence, and the hidden architectures of human connection. This is a place for curiosity, reflection, and the search for deeper coherence.

Spiral Safely

Round and round we spin.

So yes.
If we spiral
We do it beautifully
On purpose
And we land on our feet.

This is not collapse.
It is a controlled rotation.

FEAR, the Life Killer 🔪

Why should I be scared to step out at night? I’m grown. I can handle myself. I got the shank and the taser. ☠️

Why should I stay trapped between these four walls, engulfing me like a prison?

I want to live and be free.

Reverb Slow

When you touch grass, how do you embody that?

How do you make the most of every moment and every second of every day in nature.

Naturally, we lavish in its beauty and we shall not do this at a break neck speed.
