2025 Recap
This is not a poem written from longing, rage, or collapse. It is written from post withdrawal clarity. No longer negotiating reality. The self has become the reference point again.
The quiet power here is not dominance it’s non-engagement without collapse.
Intense feelings that are separate from the situation’s reality. Must be tested. Seek external perspectives, check assumptions, focus on facts, be objective, logical, ask questions, and grab a paper and pen to tally negative self-labels against actual behaviors to analyze discrepancies.
Resonance consumed all logic and clouded your brain with intoxicating chemicals. Once the chemicals dissipated, so did all feelings.
Unseen forces engage in psychological warfare. Battling for our autonomy by usurping executive control our minds. Just remember, your mind is your sanctuary, and you are not obligated to let anyone in.
