When everything has already been said, and metabolized, the body doesn’t brace any longer, there is no pull forward.

Only neutrality remains . But the body remembers, what the mind forgets.

You can’t always run from conflict.

Conflict is actually necessary to properly process certain situations. Avoiding the negative won’t alleviate it.

Remember that.

If I’m always the strong one, I never have to find out what happens when I’m not.

The current pattern is not mysterious. It’s continuity.
