I plant these seeds without greed.

I know one day they will grow.

 
Valuable fruit.. will overflow.

And although I hunger now…

it was easy to let you go,

you see I never invested much.

 

i did not love you,

our union an unnatural phase run amuck.

 

we could not catch it,

we could not grasp the reins.

the maddening pace INSANE!

 

essentially it was not meant to be,

we had a good run.. you & me,

but it got stale, it did not grow,

now our separate ways we go.
