Being beautifully misguided like a wild river over a waterfall
No qualms for the pieces in the future to mend
No realization
I am a means to an end
To upend the real concerns
A strawman fallacy if you will
An entertaining tangent
To draw attention to other ills,
That are inconsequential
That amount to nil
Bright-eyed and lackadaisically distracted
With a heart of gold
I seem to fold every time with you
I am hardly conscious
So it seems fine…
To be strung up by the puppeteer
While hardly being aware
Is the least of my fears
No concern for the plan you devised
Creating the illusion that I might be alive
To slave away for your prize
Thank you.
