Love poems from back in the day…

Red roseQuiet confidence.

Temperance and patience.

Beauty.

Excuse me… but you reflect perfection.

Mirroring flawlessly what I hope to be.

Effortlessly you deliver these things,

Making me linger more and more.

Brings to life my rotten core.

Devours my marble stature,

Breaks down the impenetrable surface,

I oblige willingly at your service.

Observe this.. change in me,

Strange to me yet relieving… gets a cold heart to believing,

That this may be the season,

Yes it may be a chance for a flourishing future romance.

 Red heart
 Red heart

 Red heart

 Red heart

I need your touch,

I need your smile and the laughter you bring.

I need you!

You make my heart sing!

Soul rings like a bell from a mountain-top!

Resounding touching everything.

When dawn breaks first thoughts are of you.

This lets me know I MUST need you.

The urgency to let you know this.. show this…

Flows naturally.

I can not control it.

It just is what it is.

Thoughts running wild obsessing about you.

If I do not get you what the hell Imma do?

Spirit yearning to transcend…

Sun Summer is here again… our love set sail on the wind.

The solitude deafening.

Introspective, time for thinking again.

..then I lost it!

Dangling on its last thread of existence until it dwindled to nothing.

Why are these thoughts intruding?

Eluding my better judgement.

On crushing me they are seeming hell bent!

No godsend.

The spirit yearning to transcend!

In this world, we lease our souls for rent.

Like the bamboo we bend.

The clouds are coming in again…

Umbrella Threatening to engulf me.

Closing in wrapping ice cold arms squeezing tightly…

I love it so so dangerous… most like any other rush.

The darkness draws me interestingly… though unseen,

The presence/power resonates through infinite.

One of the few things I follow blindly.Black Sheep

..don’t know what it was but it was something…

I couldn’t really call it, the feeling left in my gut.

No way to articulate, the feeling left me in a rut.

I could not get away, try as I might try as I may,

This feeling lingers, it stays… and though this love so tangible I wish it’d go away. Broken heart

You broke my heart in two and our brief union through…

Yet why do I still think of you?

Every logical explanation pointing to the fact that I knew..

We were not meant!

Meager efforts spent and must certainly be cut short…

Yes I know my barriers were up!

But I’d let them down for you!

If only you would want me to?

If only you would Red heart me too…
