The turbulence is past now…

 

Gratefully I reflect.

 

 

Better yet, I compare & contrast,

 

The metamorphosis apparent now,

 

This was not always so,

 

Only glitches of a habit formed not too long ago…

 

That has slowly reformed and tamed the beast.

 

Sedate and cool the boiling point does not have to be reached.

 

Well not at this time at least…

 

Though pent up aggression can not forever be contained and will one day unleash.
